Meet our Design Director, a master whose journey in plush began in 1991. While much of the world was focused on other needs, he was already sketching the characters that would bring comfort and joy to millions. With three decades of relentless passion, he is widely respected as the mentor who taught many of today's leading factory pattern designers—the “teacher of teachers.”

But he doesn’t work alone. Beside him is a dream team of three senior designers, each with over 15 years of dedicated craft. They move together like a well-rehearsed orchestra:

One is the “Fashion Guru,” weaving tiny outfits that give each toy its unique personality.

Another is the “Hair Whisperer,” mastering the flow and texture of fur, manes, and strands.

The third is the “Pose Master,” studying anatomy and expression to capture that perfect, lifelike stance or playful slouch.

What binds them is a shared, almost old-school belief: true fidelity starts with the hand. Every single prototype begins not with a computer click, but with a pencil and ruler. They sketch, revise, and perfect each curve and seam by hand—“pattern-making with a soul,” as they call it.

“Screens can make things perfect, but hands make them alive,” our Design Director often says. “That line you draw with feeling is what later becomes a smile on a child’s face, or a comforting hug for an adult. We’re not just making toys; we’re translating emotions into thread and fabric.”
